Mariana Armelin

Since 2014, Mariana (Mari) Armelin has been the Customer Service Manager at Visa Business Plans Canada. In this position, Mari has served as the ‘face’ of the company, ensuring clients receive outstanding and empathetic service from end-to-end. Mari works closely with both clients and team members in every department to coordinate interactions, answer questions, and assist in every step of the business plan writing process. Mari has received degrees and certifications from Miami-Dade College, University of Miami, and Florida International University. She has an extensive background in both paralegal work and accounting, having worked in multiple positions over the past eighteen years. Mari is fluent in verbal and written English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
